Prices and quotes

Prices on this site are starting prices. A quote becomes binding only when both parties sign a proposal or contract. Final prices are fixed per phase after the audit.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to VexaNext. Client deliverables and source code transfer to the client as set out in each contract, normally from final payment. Odoo is a registered trademark of Odoo S.A.; VexaNext is an independent Odoo services provider and is not affiliated with Odoo S.A.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, VexaNext is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
