VexaManufacturing works directly with Odoo Manufacturing. When an operator taps a button on the floor, planners see the same order and work order in Odoo.

HOW IT WORKS

One order through the shop floor

  1. Create the order

    Choose the product and Bill of Materials, then confirm.

  2. Start the work

    The operator opens the work order and taps Start.

  3. Track the time

    Pause and finish as work moves on. The timer keeps count.

  4. Finish production

    Mark it done, and Odoo records the output and stock moves.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with Odoo Community?

Yes. VexaManufacturing works with Odoo Community and Enterprise. The Manufacturing app must be installed in Odoo.

How does it connect to Odoo?

Staff enter your Odoo server address and database, then sign in with their Odoo username and password (2FA supported). Nothing is installed on the server, and Odoo access rights apply.

How quickly do changes reach Odoo?

Actions such as Start, Pause and Finish are sent to Odoo when you tap them. Changes made by other people appear in the app when a screen loads or refreshes.

Does it work without internet?

The app needs a connection to your Odoo server to load orders and save actions.
