Training

• Public batches: full refund up to 7 days before the start, 50% before class 2, none after.
• Corporate and partner batches follow the refund terms in the training agreement.

Support hours

Support hours never expire. Refunds of unused hours are handled case by case; contact us at vexanext@gmail.com.

Project milestones

Project milestones are invoiced per phase and are non-refundable once delivered and accepted. Work in progress is governed by the signed proposal or contract.
