Who we are

What we collect

• Details you send through our contact, audit and newsletter forms: name, organization, email, phone, your brief, the services you select and your consent.
• Attribution data sent with a form: the page you landed on, the referring site and campaign (UTM) parameters.
• Booking details you give Calendly when you schedule a call.
• Analytics and advertising cookies, only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (our legitimate interest, or steps before a contract).
• To send the monthly newsletter, only with your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, with your consent for cookies.

Who processes it

• Our CRM (Odoo, hosted on our own server), which stores enquiries and newsletter subscriptions.
• Google (Gmail and Google Analytics), Meta (if advertising cookies are accepted), Calendly (bookings) and Cloudflare (spam protection on forms).

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case contract and accounting rules apply. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email vexanext@gmail.com and we reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics, advertising and the Calendly booking widget load only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
